Long Pond, PA May 20, 2004 -- RACE Motorsports Marketing, LLC announced today that Kingsford® charcoal, K C Masterpiece® barbecue sauce, and Weber® grills have joined the list of sponsor brands, which already includes Savannah Gourmet Onions, RJ Burne Cadillac, and AC/DC Motors and Drives, for the NASCAR team Crew Chef cooking competition to be held Friday, July 30, 5:30 pm at Pocono Raceway.

Corporate invited guests will have the opportunity to meet the team Crew Chefs prior to the starting of the grill command. Guests will learn first hand about a side of the NASCAR team that has been unfamiliar to fans.

About the Crew Chef Challenge - The event is a cooking competition for the NASCAR team cook or Crew Chef. The Challenge will provide the team members an opportunity to display their culinary talents before a live and television audience. A cookbook titled “Taste of Victory” will be published to commemorate the event. Racing fans from across the country have contributed their favorite race day recipes to be included in the book. A portion of the event and cookbook proceeds will be donated to Victory Junction Gang Camp.
